Joint ownership

This is when two or more own a property or a movable property (chattels) jointly. It is not uncommon that siblings own a summer house together. Then the joint ownership law applies.

It can be appropriate to write an agreement regarding how the property should be managed and used. It can be rather complicated when there are several owners and everyone wants to be there during the summer. How does one deal with this situation?
